- Enquiry form: your name, email address, mobile number with country code, and the details you write in your message.
- Email verification: when you submit an enquiry we email a one-time code to confirm your address. The code is stored only temporarily and expires after 10 minutes.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us through a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp shares your phone number and the messages you send with us. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your email address to send updates.
- Accounts and orders: if you create an account or book a service online, we collect the contact and billing details needed to complete it. Payments, where offered, are handled by the payment provider and we do not store full card details.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and security systems record information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
